- all items can be washed on a normal 30 degree wash

- wash inside out for best results and avoid fabric snagging/ peeling

- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY 

- hang to dry only

- Iron on reverse side of fabric to avoid damages 

- wash similar colours together to avoid fabric altering in colour.

- with black fabrics, recommended to wash by hand and do not dry in sun to avoid fading.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please ensure that your garments are checked thoroughly upon receipt and that you contact us within the 14 day period to discuss any imperfections or complaints. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This will only apply if your item/order is INCORRECT or FAULTY. We are not able to accept returned items if they have been worn, unless the garment has become faulty since wearing. In which case please email us with the defect issue, and pictures if possible. We aim to provide an excellent standard of service to our customers, however dealing with clothing, garments and machines mistakes and defects sometimes occur.

 

The Majority of our goods are exempt from being returned due to items being made to order or being personalised. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items due to a change of mind or for any reason other than the fault lying with me.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jacobsboutiquexo@gmail.com and you will be given the return address to send to. Please ensure you have your order number to hand and quote in the email.

You will be refunded for your return postage cost once we have received your item.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 15-20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, reasons for this could be personal circumstances or a delay from fabric provider in shipping fabrics or materials required to complete your order.

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are unsure about these please visit the Royal Mail Website for more information on shipping costs and estimates. All of our shipping rates are based on Royal Mail calculations. Shipping options range from a large letter (usually one pair of leggings or one jumper - they have to be able to fit through the letter box); Small Parcel - weighs under 2k usually the most common shipping method. Medium Parcel - For very large orders. You can also choose tracked/recorded deliver on items at checkout. Whilst other options are available we strongly recommend you choosing recorded/tracked delivery for your security and insurance.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. (If applicable and if you have chosen tracking post)

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

My Website (change this) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Jacobs Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We would strongly advise you to choose tracked shipping at checkout if you would like to insurance on your item and guarantee of delivery. Choosing first or second class or large letter can hinder your chances of locating a missing parcel.

Please look after your beautifully made garment. Your clothes will last longer if cared for properly. We always recommend handwashing, however a regualr 30 degree wash will work just as fine. Please do not tumble dry any of our clothing, and do not expsose to extreme heat.
