Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jacobs Boutique. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy..

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 15-20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, reasons for this could be personal circumstances or a delay from fabric provider in shipping fabrics or materials required to complete your order.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are unsure about these please visit the Royal Mail Website for more information on shipping costs and estimates. All of our shipping rates are based on Royal Mail calculations. Shipping options range from a large letter (usually one pair of leggings or one jumper - they have to be able to fit through the letter box); Small Parcel - weighs under 2k usually the most common shipping method. Medium Parcel - For very large orders. You can also choose tracked/recorded deliver on items at checkout. Whilst other options are available we strongly recommend you choosing recorded/tracked delivery for your security and insurance.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. (If applicable and if you have chosen tracking post)

Customs, Duties and Taxes
My Website (change this) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Jacobs Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We would strongly advise you to choose tracked shipping at checkout if you would like to insurance on your item and guarantee of delivery. Choosing first or second class or large letter can hinder your chances of locating a missing parcel.

International Shipping Policy
