How it works

To help us build your perfect box, please leave a NOTE at checkout with:

  1. Tops you already own

    • List any JBXO / Jacobs Boutique XO tops you already have so we can try to avoid duplicates.

  2. Up to TWO item types you do NOT want

    • Example: “No beanies, no scarves”

    • You cannot exclude T-shirts (one is guaranteed in every box).

    • You cannot exclude more than 2 item types.

  3. Colour preferences

    • You cannot exclude the colour black.

    • You can exclude any other colours you wouldn’t wear (e.g. “No pink / no white tops please”).

    • Please remember: most of our tops are black.

We will build your box based on the notes you leave, so make sure your notes are clear and accurate.

  • Every box includes an oversized premium T-shirt, and may also include sweaters/hoodies.

  • These items are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-exchangeable.

  • Please make sure you know your size in our tops and sweaters before ordering.

    • Check our size guide or message us if you’re unsure before you buy.

Because this is a heavily discounted, stock-clearing mystery offer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you don’t like the style/print or picked the wrong size.
